Where to find your link
Go to Account from the main menu.
On the General tab, find the Share Profile card.
Your unique booking link is displayed (e.g.,
swingmatch.ca/my/instructors/jane-smith-ab12).Tap Copy to copy the link to your clipboard.
The card also shows a QR code that students can scan with their phone camera to open your profile.
How to share
You can share your profile link anywhere:
Text message or email to students
Social media profiles (Instagram bio, Facebook page, etc.)
Your website or blog
Printed materials (use the QR code)
WhatsApp or other messaging apps (share buttons may be available on the card)
What students see
When someone opens your link, they see your full public profile including:
Your name, photo, and bio
Areas of expertise and certifications
Available offerings with pricing
A Book Lesson button to start booking
Students don't need an account to view your profile. They'll only need to sign in when they're ready to book.
Good to know
Your profile link is based on your name. If you change your name, your link will change and any previously shared links will stop working.
The QR code links to the same URL as your text link — it's just a different way to share it.
Sharing your link on your facilities website is by far the best way to attract clients.
If you're on the Pro + Whitelabel plan, you can have a custom domain instead of the standard SwingMatch link.
