Keeping track of your lesson schedule is crucial for managing your time effectively. Syncing your SwingMatch lesson availability with Outlook Calendar ensures you stay organized and receive automatic updates on your lessons.

How to Sync Your Lessons with Outlook Calendar

To add your schedule to your Outlook calendar to you must use the desktop version of SwingMatch Golf to do so, due to limitation in the Outlook Calendar app on iOS. Follow these simple steps to add your lesson calendar to Outlook:

  1. Go to Settings:

    • Open the SwingMatch app and click Account > Profile

  2. Find the "Subscribe to your Calendar" option

    • Make sure the Windows Icon is selected (should be by default) and tap on Subscribe to Lessons.

  3. Click Subscribe

    • You will then be directed to Outlook Calendar web app.

    • You may be required to sign in first if you aren't already signed in.

    • Click Import.

    • You have now subscribed to your SwingMatch Golf Lesson Calendar!

  4. Customize Your Preferences

    • In the side bar, you will now see a list of your calendars along with your SwingMatch Lessons.

    • Click on the 3 vertical dots on the right side of the calendar.

    • You can customize color and name/ title.

    • Note that it may take some time to update your calendar. Outlook typically updates calendars every 12-24 hours.

Now, your lessons will automatically update in Outlook Calendar, ensuring you always stay on top of your schedule!
