How it works
You select your currency in Step 4 (Payment Methods) of the onboarding wizard.
You'll see two cards — one for Canadian Dollar (CAD) and one for US Dollar (USD). Tap the one you want.
This currency applies to everything on your account: lesson pricing, packages, reports, and student payments.
Why can't I change it later?
Your currency is locked after onboarding because lessons, packages, and payment records are all tied to it. Changing currency after students have already booked or purchased packages would create inconsistencies in your payment history and reporting.
How to choose
Pick the currency that matches where most of your students are and how you want to be paid:
Teaching in Canada? Choose CAD.
Teaching in the US? Choose USD.
If you teach students in both countries, choose the currency you'd prefer to receive payments in.
Good to know
You must select a currency before you can continue past Step 4 of onboarding.
If you need to change your currency after onboarding, you would need to contact SwingMatch support — this is not something that can be done from your account settings.
