Your first offering
When you complete onboarding, your first offering is created for you automatically based on what you entered in Step 5 (location, duration, and price). You can find it on the Schedule tab.
How to create an additional offering
Go to the Schedule tab.
Tap the green Add Schedule button.
Choose offering type:
Private lesson — One student per booking.
Group or Clinic — Multiple Students can book into sessions.
Camp — One registration for the full program (event based, can be several days).
Enter a name for the offering. The label changes based on the type you chose:
Private → Offering name (e.g., "Private Instruction - Your Golf Course"). Pre-filled with "Private Instruction" as a starting point.
Group or Clinic → Session name (e.g., "Saturday Morning Clinic", "Women's Beginner Group")
Camp → Camp name (e.g., "Junior Summer Camp", "Spring Break Camp").
Tap Select Location and search for the golf course or facility where you teach.
If you chose Group or Clinic or Camp, set the Capacity — the maximum number of participants (default 10, minimum 2, maximum 50). For Group or Clinic this is the capacity of each session; for Camp this is the capacity for the whole program.
Schedules can also be made public or private with the following schedule settings:
Listed (default): Visible on your profile and in search results.
Unlisted: Hidden from search, but students can still book via the direct link. Useful for private offerings shared only with specific students.
You'll be taken to the edit page where you can add a descriptions, pricing, packages, booking policies, and scheduling controls, including booking priorities. Students can book once you set your availability.
What to do next
After creating your offering, you'll want to:
Add pricing — Set the price for each lesson option (e.g., Adult, Junior). See Adding multiple pricing options.
Private → add pricing + set availability (open time ranges or fixed times)
Group or Clinic → add pricing + packages, create sessions
Camp → add dates + registration window
Set your availability — Choose which days and times you're available to teach. See Setting your availability.
Add booking policies (optional) — Write your cancellation and weather policies. These are displayed to students on your booking page. See Editing or deactivating a schedule.
Add booking questions (optional) — Require students to answer questions when booking (e.g., skill level, medical conditions, waiver acknowledgements). The questionnaire builder appears on the schedule edit page.
Good to know
You chose Private Lesson, Group or Clinic, or Camp when creating the offering. This cannot be changed later, you will need to delete or create a new one.
You cannot delete a schedule if you have upcoming bookings or packages tied to that schedule.
On the free plan, you can create 1 offering. Upgrade to Pro to run private, group, and camp offerings side by side, with unlimited pricing tiers and custom packages.
The title, location, and other details can be edited anytime after creation.
You can mark a schedule as Unlisted to hide it from your public profile while still allowing bookings via the direct link.
