Why is it locked?
Your currency is tied to every price, payment, and financial record on your account β lesson pricing, package prices, payment history, and revenue reports. Changing it after lessons have been booked or payments have been made would create inconsistencies across your account.
What if I chose the wrong one?
If you selected the wrong currency during onboarding and haven't started using the account yet, contact SwingMatch support. They may be able to help.
If you've already booked lessons or accepted payments, a currency change may not be possible on the existing account.
Good to know
Currency is selected during Step 4 (Payment Methods) of the onboarding wizard.
This only applies to instructors. Students don't select a currency β they see prices in whatever currency the instructor has chosen.
