Go to My Students from the main menu (instructor view only).
How students are organized
Your students are grouped into sections based on their activity:
Section | Who's in it |
Needs Action | Students with pending lessons that need your confirmation or have outstanding payments |
Upcoming | Students with confirmed lessons coming up |
Regulars | Students who book with you frequently |
New | Students who recently booked for the first time |
Lapsed | Students who haven't booked in a while |
Each student card shows their name, photo, the offerings they've booked, and any tags you've assigned.
Student detail page
Tap a student to see their full profile, which includes:
Contact info — Name, email, phone.
Lesson history — All past and upcoming lessons with you.
Tags and notes — Custom labels and internal notes you've added (see Adding tags and notes).
Action buttons — Book Lesson, Chat, and more.
Good to know
Students are added to your list automatically when they book a lesson through your profile. You can also add them manually (see Adding a student manually).
The sections update automatically as students book, complete, or miss lessons.
On mobile, the student list uses a card layout. On desktop, it displays as a wider grid.
