Adding a Booked Lesson Event to Your Calendar (Without Calendar Sync)

Updated this week

If you haven't set up (or don’t wish to set up) a full calendar sync, you can still quickly add a booked lesson to your personal calendar using the Add to Calendar feature. This is a simple option that does not update automatically if anything changes with your lesson (such as a cancellation or a reschedule). For reliable syncing and automatic updates, we strongly recommend setting up calendar sync. However, if you prefer a one-off approach, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Lessons Tab

    • Navigate to the Lessons section within your profile.

  2. Select the Relevant Lesson

    • Find and tap on the specific lesson you’d like to add to your calendar.

  3. Click “Add to Calendar”

    • Beneath the listed location, you will see an Add to Calendar button. Tap or click it.

  4. Confirm the Calendar Event

    • An Apple Calendar (iOS) window (or your device’s default calendar) will open, displaying the lesson details.

    • Tap or click the Add to Calendar (at the bottom of the screen in iOS) to confirm and save the event to your calendar.

Note: Because this is a one-time event creation, any changes to the lesson—rescheduling, canceling, or updating details—will not automatically sync to your personal calendar. To stay current with all your lesson changes, consider enabling a full Calendar Sync in your account settings.

This simple “Add to Calendar” feature is handy for a quick reminder if you don’t want to set up sync, but remember to watch for notifications on cancellations or reschedules.
