Adding Multiple Pricing Options to an Offering

Each offering on SwingMatch can have multiple pricing options — so you can serve different students (adults, juniors, etc.) or offer different lesson lengths, all under one offering.

What is a pricing option?

A pricing option defines a bookable lesson within your offering. Each one has its own name, duration, price, and optional packages. When students book, they choose the pricing option that fits them.

For example, an offering called "Private Lessons at Riverside Golf" might have:

Display Name

Type

Duration

Single Price

5-Pack

Adult 60min

Adult

60 min

$120

$500

Junior 45min

Junior

45 min

$80

$350

Playing Lesson

Playing Lesson

90 min

$200

How to add a pricing option

  1. Go to the Schedule tab and select the offering you want to edit.

  2. Tap Edit Details.

  3. Tap Add Pricing.

  4. Fill in the details:

    • Type — A category used for marketplace filtering and reporting. Choose a predefined type (Adult, Junior, Playing Lesson, Evaluation, Group) or select Custom to create your own. Some types require a Pro subscription.

    • Display Name — The name students see when booking. You can customize this to anything (e.g., "Adult 60min," "Junior Beginner," "Weekend Special").

    • Duration — How long the lesson is, in minutes.

    • Description (optional) — A short note to help students understand what this option includes.

    • Single Lesson Price — Check the box and enter the per-lesson price. Use $0 for free lessons.

    • Add Package — Bundle multiple lessons at a discounted rate. Tap Add Package, set the number of lessons and the total package price. You can add multiple package sizes (e.g., 5-pack and 10-pack).

    • Enabled — Toggle off to temporarily hide this pricing option from students without deleting it.

  5. Tap Add (or Update if editing an existing option).

Custom packages (Pro)

  1. Tap Create Your First Package (or Add if you already have packages).

  2. Enter a Package Name (e.g., "Beginner's Bundle").

  3. Set the Package Price.

  4. Add the lessons included — pick the pricing option, duration, and quantity for each.

  5. Tap Add.

Custom packages are a Pro feature.

Good to know

  • Each display name must be unique within the offering.

  • You can disable a pricing option without deleting it — toggle the Enabled switch off.

  • To delete a pricing option, open it and tap the red Delete button.

  • Package prices can be set to $0 for free packages.
