Editing or Deactivating a Schedule

This article explains how to update your schedule details and how to temporarily hide a schedule from students.

Updated today

How to edit a schedule

  1. Go to the Schedule tab.

  2. Select the schedule you want to change.

  3. Tap Edit Details in the details panel.

  4. Make your changes. All edits are saved automatically.

What you can edit

  • Title — The name students see (e.g., "Adult Lessons").

  • Location — Where lessons take place.

  • Description — A detailed description of what the lesson includes. You can use basic text formatting.

  • Pricing — Add, remove, or change pricing options. See Adding multiple pricing options.

  • Capacity — For group lessons, change the maximum number of students (2–50).

  • Waitlist — For group lessons, turn the waitlist on or off (Pro feature).

  • Status — Toggle between Active and Inactive.

What you can't edit

  • Schedule type — Private or Group is set when you create the schedule and cannot be changed.

How to deactivate a schedule

If you want to temporarily stop accepting bookings for a schedule without deleting it:

  1. Go to the edit page for the schedule.

  2. Find the Status toggle at the very top, above Title. If Active you will see a green pill and "Active" beside it.

  3. Switch it to Inactive.

An inactive schedule is hidden from students. It won't appear on your public profile or in search results. Any existing confirmed bookings are not affected. Use this feature to phase out old pricing and packages. Once upcoming bookings and packages with this schedule have been completed, you are then able to delete the schedule.

To reactivate, switch the status back to Active.

On the Schedule tab, active schedules show a green dot and inactive ones show a gray dot.

How to delete a schedule

  1. On the edit page, scroll to the bottom.

  2. Tap Delete schedule.

  3. Confirm when prompted.

You cannot delete a schedule that has active bookings. Cancel or complete those lessons first, then try again. This also applies to existing packages.

Good to know

  • Deactivating is reversible. Deleting is permanent.

  • Great for seasonal pricing / locations / offers.

  • Existing confirmed lessons are not cancelled when you deactivate a schedule — they'll still take place as scheduled.

  • Changes save automatically with a short delay.
