Booking questions let you collect information from students at the moment they book. You set them up once per schedule, and every student answers them during checkout. They work on Private, Group or Clinic, and Camp schedules.
How to add booking questions
Go to the Schedule tab and open the schedule's edit page.
Scroll to the Booking Questions section.
Tap Add Question.
Type the question and choose a question type (see below).
Turn Required on or off. Required questions must be answered before the student can finish booking. Optional questions can be skipped.
Repeat for each question. Drag questions to change their order.

Question types
Type | Student sees | Good for |
Text | A free-form text box | "What are you working on?", medical or allergy notes |
Number | A number field | Age, handicap, years playing |
Multiple Choice | A list of options you define | Skill level: Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced |
Checkbox | A box to tick | Waiver or policy acknowledgement |
Required or optional
Each question has its own Required toggle.
Required on — the student cannot complete the booking until they answer. Use this for waivers and anything you must know before the lesson.
Required off — the student can leave it blank. Use this for nice-to-have details.
Camps and clinics
Booking questions are especially useful for camps and clinics, where you may need a roster with ages, emergency contacts or signed waivers before day one. Set them up on the camp or clinic schedule the same way. When a parent registers more than one participant, the questions are asked once per participant, so you get a separate set of answers for each child.
Good to know
You can add up to 20 questions per schedule.
Questions apply to every pricing option on that schedule. If you need different questions for different offerings, put them on separate schedules.
Students answer during checkout, after choosing a time and before payment.
You can edit, reorder or remove questions at any time. Changes apply to future bookings only; existing bookings keep the answers already given.
Booking questions are not a replacement for a signed legal waiver. A Checkbox question records that the student acknowledged your terms; if you need a signature, collect it separately.
