Adding lesson notes
Open the lesson from My Lessons.
Tap Add lesson notes (or Edit if notes already exist).
Write your notes in the text editor. You can use formatting like bold, lists, and paragraphs.
Tap Save.
You'll be asked if you want to notify the student. Tap Send Message to send them a chat message with a link to the lesson, or Skip to save without notifying.
Notes appear on the lesson detail page under Instructor Notes. Students can view them but not edit them.
Notes have a 2,000-character limit.
Uploading photos and videos
Open the lesson from My Lessons.
In the Lesson Media section, tap Add Media.
Select photos or videos from your device (up to 10 files).
Files upload automatically.
After uploading, tap Notify Student to send a chat message letting them know media has been added.
Students can view and download the media from the lesson detail page.
To delete a photo or video, tap on it to open the lightbox viewer, then tap the delete button.
Good to know
Media uploads are a Pro feature. On the free plan, you'll see a teaser encouraging you to upgrade. If media was previously uploaded (e.g., during a Pro trial), students can still view it.
The Notify Student button sends a message through chat that includes a link to the lesson page.
Notes and media can be added to lessons in any status β including completed lessons. This is useful for providing feedback after the session.
Only instructors can add notes and media. Students can view what you share but cannot upload their own files to the lesson page (they can, however, send files via chat).
