How it works
Once a confirmed lesson's scheduled time has passed by more than 24 hours, SwingMatch automatically changes its status from Confirmed to Completed.
This happens in the background once a day. You don't need to tap any buttons or take any action.
Why 24 hours?
The 24-hour window gives instructors time to handle any no-shows or last-minute cancellations before the lesson is marked as done.
What changes when a lesson is completed
The lesson moves from the Upcoming tab to the History tab on My Lessons.
The status badge changes from green (Confirmed) to gray (Completed).
The activity timeline on the lesson detail page shows when it was auto-completed.
Good to know
You don't receive a notification when a lesson is auto-completed — it happens quietly in the background.
If you need to cancel a lesson that hasn't been auto-completed yet (within 24 hours of the lesson ending), you can still do so from the lesson detail page.
Instructors can still add notes and media to completed lessons after they've been auto-completed.
