Status overview
Status | Color | What it means |
Pending Confirmation | Yellow | The lesson has been booked but is waiting for the other party to confirm. |
Confirmed | Green | Both parties have agreed. The lesson is happening. |
Completed | Gray | The lesson took place (or was marked as complete). |
Declined | Red | The booking request was turned down. The lesson will not happen. |
Cancelled | Gray | The lesson was cancelled after being booked. |
How statuses change
Typical flow
A student or instructor books a lesson → Pending Confirmation
The other party confirms → Confirmed
The lesson takes place → Completed (automatically, the next day)
Other outcomes
The other party declines the request → Declined
Either party cancels before the lesson → Cancelled
