Where to find the package
Package payment requests appear in two places:
My Lessons → Pending tab — Under "Pending Packages," showing the instructor's name, package name, and price.
Directly on the package page — A banner at the top with the payment details.
How to pay
Open the package from My Lessons → Pending or from the notification.
Review the details — offerings included, number of credits, price, and any notes from the instructor.
Tap Purchase Package.
Enter your credit card details and complete the payment.
After payment, the package is activated and you can start booking lessons using your package credits.
Good to know
You can find your active packages in the Packages tab on My Lessons.
After purchasing, a Book Lesson button appears on the package page so you can start using your credits right away.
If your instructor assigned the package with offline payment, no action is needed from you — the instructor handles payment tracking on their end.
If you need to discuss the package details before paying, use Chat to message the instructor.
