How to book with credits
Start the booking flow for the instructor who sold you the package. You can do this from their profile or by using the Book Lesson button on the package page.
Choose Schedule: Your package credit options will appear at the top of the list with a FREE badge.
Select the matching credit: Choose the option that matches the lesson type you want. Each option displays:
The offering (e.g., "Adult," "Evaluation")
Duration
Remaining credits (e.g., "3 of 5 credits remaining")
The specific package it belongs to
Pick a date and time.
Complete the booking: Tap Book Lesson with Package Credit. No payment is required at this stage.
Which credit gets used?
If your package contains different types of offerings (such as 1 Evaluation and 3 Adult lessons), the system will automatically deduct the credit that matches the specific offering you selected. You will see separate options for each type during the booking process.
Good to know
No checkout cost: These bookings are free at checkout because the cost was already covered when you purchased the package.
Instructor specific: Credits can only be used with the instructor who sold you the package.
Expiration: If a package has an expiration date that has passed, the remaining credits can no longer be used.
Checking balance: You can check your remaining credits by opening the package from the Packages tab on the My Lessons page.
