Where to check your credits
1. From the "My Lessons" page
Navigate to My Lessons from the main menu.
Tap the Packages tab.
A list of your active packages will appear, each showing a brief credit summary.
2. From the package detail page
To see more specific data, tap any package to open its detail page. At the top, you will see three key numbers:
Total: The total number of lessons originally included in the package.
Used: How many lessons you have already booked using this package.
Left: The number of remaining credits available for use.
Note: If your package includes multiple types of offerings, each type will have its own individual count.
3. During the booking process
When you start booking a lesson, your available package credits will be displayed in Step 1. The remaining count (e.g., "3 of 5 credits remaining") will be shown next to the relevant offering.
Other information on the package page
In addition to credit counts, the package detail page includes:
Lessons booked: A collapsible list of every lesson you have booked using that specific package.
Instructor policies: Notes regarding the instructor's specific expiration policies or other rules.
Payment info: Details on how much you paid and the current payment status of the package.
Good to know
Automatic updates: Credits are updated automatically whenever you book or cancel a lesson.
Cancellations: If you cancel a lesson booked with a credit, that credit is typically restored automatically, though coaches may choose to deduct it for last-minute cancellations depending on their specific policy.
