If you can no longer make a lesson, you should attempt to reschedule this lesson as soon as possible. To reschedule a lesson, navigate to the "Lessons" tab in the navigation bar. Find the lesson you wish to reschedule in either the "Pending" or "Upcoming" filters near the top of the screen. Click on that lesson and look for the reschedule button near the bottom of the page. You can then select a new open date from the instructors openings.
Make sure that you also send your instructor a message to let them know about any details about the reschedule request. If you don’t see a time that works, contact your instructor through the chat feature to coordinate another time. They can create a new time that works for both of you.
