Why Can't I Reschedule This Lesson?

If you do not see a Reschedule button on a lesson, one of the following restrictions likely applies:

If you do not see a Reschedule button on a lesson, one of the following restrictions likely applies:

  • Group Lessons: These cannot be rescheduled. If you need a different time, you must cancel your booking and book a new session.

  • Past Lessons: Any lesson that ended more than a day ago is locked and cannot be rescheduled. The button is only available for current or upcoming lessons.

  • Final Status: Lessons that are already Completed, Declined, or Cancelled cannot be rescheduled. Only those in Pending Confirmation or Confirmed status show this option.

What to do instead

  • For group lessons: Cancel your current spot and rebook a different time slot.

  • For past lessons: Book a new lesson to arrange a follow-up.

  • For cancelled/declined lessons: Start a new booking from the instructor's profile.

  • No available slots: If you are a student and see no available times for rescheduling, use the chat feature to contact your instructor and arrange a custom time.

Note: Students are restricted to rescheduling within time slots the instructor has explicitly marked as available.
