Here's what's new in SwingMatch this month, with links to the full how-to for each.
Refer a coach: give $50, get $100
Know a coach who'd like SwingMatch? Share your referral link from Account → Give $50, get $100. When a new coach signs up with it and starts an annual Pro plan, they get $50 off and you get a $100 reward.
Personal events: block time without fake lessons
Add a dentist appointment, a tournament or a day off to your SwingMatch calendar. Mark it Busy and students can't book you then. It also shows up in your Google or Outlook calendar if you've connected one.
Go to Schedule → All and click + Add Event (on a phone, tap + then Add Event).
All your schedules in one calendar
The Schedule tab now opens on All: every lesson, group session, camp day and open time from all your schedules in one week or month view, plus the lessons that need your action. To edit availability, pick a schedule from the pills (or the dropdown on a phone).
New Reports: Availability and Trends
Reports now has two new tabs next to Overview:
Availability shows which of your posted lesson times actually get booked, so you can see your busiest and quietest times.
Trends shows how many lessons you teach each month or day, and how far ahead students book them.
Add a lesson you've already taught to a package
Sold a student a package after a few lessons had already happened? Open the completed lesson and tap Add to a package, or tap Add an existing lesson on the package. It uses one credit and doesn't change any payment.
Cancelled camps keep their roster and chat
When you cancel a camp or clinic, its page now stays open under a Session Cancelled banner. You can still see who was registered, export the roster and message the group to arrange refunds or another date.
Reconnecting your calendar turns sync back on
If you disconnect Google Calendar or Outlook and connect the same account again, your schedules start syncing again automatically, using the calendars they had before.
For academies
Academy admins can now manage their own coaches from the new Coaches tab under Academy: invite a new coach by text, and remove a coach who has left, with a list of the work they're leaving behind.
Smaller fixes
When a package edit isn't allowed, SwingMatch now tells you why (for example, credits already used).
